Nidhi Chit Fund Manager

Why Nidhi exists.

Chit funds have run on paper ledgers and phone calls for generations. Nidhi exists to fix that, without changing how chit funds actually work.

The problem

Manual bookkeeping breaks down at scale.

Running a chit fund by hand means notebooks, spreadsheets, and a lot of remembering. A manager has to track who paid, who's late, and what every member's owed — by memory or on paper. Members have to trust the manager's math, or call and ask. Small mistakes are easy to make and hard to catch.

What we built instead

Software that understands chit funds specifically.

Nidhi isn't a generic spreadsheet or a generic bookkeeping app. It understands what a chit fund actually is — installments, auctions, bids, dividends, hand loans — and does that math correctly, every time. And because every member gets their own passbook, trust stops depending on anyone's memory.
